Orleans,渥太华东部最大的卫星城。其地理位置沿渥太华河向东,环境优美,曾经很多早期华人移民居住在这个区,但都逐渐搬离,主要原因是这个区的居民讲法语的族裔偏多,几乎占到一半以上,学校也都是法语为主的学校排名靠前。该区房价一直是几大卫星城中价格较低的,需求决定价格,前几天房市平淡的时候需求量并不是很多,由于近些年的房市火热,带动了一些在其他区签不到房子的买家进入,但还是不如西区南区那么抢手房价也逐渐在和其他卫星城拉平。由于其交通不算便利,通往市中心的线路少,未来的轻轨线也会先开发这个区域,相信随着轻轨线的疏通,这个区会进驻不少新鲜的血液。
