2022年4月，渥太华房产价格还在呈小幅下降趋势，成交量确实低了不少. 尤其是入门级的townhouse，不管是投资和自住成交量和价格都明显下调. 原因主要是因为interest rate的上升，导致投资的入不敷出， 自住的勉强能买起townhouse的，现在因为利率的变化一下子被推出门槛外了. 这也导致了近期的租盘市场转旺，租价和成交量上升迅速.
